The 2009 Burns High School graduate received a Bachelor of Science from Portland State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Eastern Oregon University.  Miss Toney has previously taught at Henley High  School in Klamath Falls, OR, Rocky Mountain High School in Meridian, ID, and Hines Middle School in Hines, OR.  She is looking forward to contributing to a community that has invested so much into her. Also, she is proud single mother to a energetic corgi named Misti Rose and a young handsome cat named Monroe Loki.
